1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Lucky Tech LLC (“Lucky Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credit pack, or using SellerOS, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use SellerOS for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at business@luckytechllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. SellerOS service

SellerOS is a digital software service for ecommerce research, competitive intelligence, listing creation, image and video production, publishing support, and advertising optimization. Nothing is physically shipped. Access begins when payment or account activation is confirmed.

Features may depend on third-party marketplaces, data providers, or AI models. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

Prices are displayed in US dollars before purchase, together with applicable taxes or charges. Paid plans run for the period shown at checkout; where the product is described as a 30-day plan, the period begins on the purchase date. Credits are consumed when eligible AI or data tasks are submitted.

One-time credit packs do not automatically renew. Subscription renewal terms, if applicable, are shown before checkout. You may cancel a renewing subscription from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not shorten the period already paid for.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Your current paid period remains available until it ends unless access is terminated for a violation of these terms.

If a purchase was made in error or the service did not work as described, email business@luckytechllc.com within 14 days of the charge. Where the purchased credits are unused, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Credits already consumed by submitted tasks are not considered unused.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SellerOS to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create deceptive or harmful content, distribute malware, bypass usage limits, probe security controls, disrupt the service, or access another person’s account or data without authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring that your marketplace listings, claims, media, and advertising comply with the rules of the marketplace and jurisdiction where you operate.

7. Your content and AI-generated output

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output created for others. You must review output before publishing or relying on it. SellerOS does not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, sales, advertising performance, or legal compliance.

8. Intellectual property

SellerOS, including its software, interfaces, branding, and documentation, is owned by Lucky Tech LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SellerOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable charges, or misuse the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SellerOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every marketplace decision.

To the extent permitted by law, Lucky Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or marketplace account actions arising from use of SellerOS. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
