This Privacy Policy applies to SellerOS websites, accounts, and services operated by Lucky Tech LLC (“Lucky Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not govern third-party marketplaces or services that maintain their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as email address, display name, organization details, and communications with support.
Content and ecommerce data
We process product information, listings, keywords, images, videos, prompts, marketplace links, reports, and other materials you submit or ask SellerOS to analyze.
Usage and technical information
We may collect service activity, feature usage, credit transactions, device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic events, and security logs needed to operate and protect SellerOS.
Billing information
We receive transaction status, plan, amount, currency, and limited payment-related records. Payment card details may be handled directly by payment providers rather than stored by SellerOS.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, requested AI tasks, reports, media generation, and other SellerOS functionality.
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, manage credits, and process transactions.
- Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related communications.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms.
- Meet legal obligations and protect users, Lucky Tech, and others.
5. AI and third-party processing
When you request an AI feature, relevant prompts, files, product information, or other content may be sent to the model or processing provider needed to complete that task. Do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated information unless you have authority to do so and the feature is appropriate for that data.
Marketplace links and connected services may be governed by the privacy terms of the applicable marketplace or provider.
6. Cookies and local storage
SellerOS uses browser storage and cookies to maintain authentication, remember settings, protect sessions, and support core functionality. Disabling required browser storage may prevent sign-in or other parts of the service from working.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
8. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account information through SellerOS and may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for security, transactions, or legal obligations.
You can stop non-essential email communications through the instructions in those messages. Service, security, billing, and account notices may still be sent while your account is active.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your password and devices.
10. International use
SellerOS and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Data protection rules may differ from those in your location. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for relevant transfers.
11. Children
SellerOS is a business service and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through SellerOS or by email.
